១. ប្រសិនបើទំនិញដែលអតិថិជនទទួលបានខុសពី ការបញ្ជាទិញ ដូចជា ខុសទំហំ ខុសពណ៌ ខុសប្រភេទ ឬ ទំនិញមានការបាក់បែក មិនដំណើរការ អតិថិជនអាចធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទំនិញថ្មីវិញ ឬប្តូរជាសាច់ប្រាក់ត្រលប់ទៅវិញ ក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានទំនិញ។

២. ប្រសិនបើអតិថិជន មិនស្រលាញ់ទំនិញដែលបានទិញរួច ចង់ផ្លាស់ប្តូរពណ៌ ទំហំ ឬប្រភេទផលិតផលផ្សេង អតិថិជនអាចធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរយកទំនិញថ្មី ក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃបន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានទំនិញ។

Evermerce offer 3 days return policy

1. If the goods received by the customer are different from the order, such as wrong size, wrong color, wrong size, wrong type or the goods are broken, do not work, the customer can exchange the new goods or get the refund within 3 days after receipt.

Conditions:

Customers must contact the sales agent within 3 days after receiving the goods.
Customers shall send pictures or videos of the product to our sales agent.
After checking the problem, Evermerce will exchange the goods to customer, and Evermerce will be responsible for delivery fee.

2. If the customer does not like the product and wants to change the color, size or type of product, the customer can exchange the new product within 3 days after receiving the goods.

Conditions:

Customers must contact the sales support within 3 days after receiving the goods.
Customers must handle shipping and delivery fee.
Customers can not exchange in cash.
Interchangeable goods must be brand new, with unbreakable packaging and in good shape, etc.
